Program details:  We will be hosting box/indoor lacrosse sessions at the Chase Center in South Glens Falls starting January 3rd and going until early March.  The youth group (grades 2-6) will be on Wednesday evenings.  The older group (grades 7-12) will be on Thursday(1/4) evenings.  All sessions are from 4:00 - 5:30 PM.

Sessions will include position specific training at the beginning and then lots of game play for the last hour of each session.  Each session will be unique, we will create different teams each week and make it a little different each week.  We know how busy many of you are with different sports and other obligations.  If you have to miss one or two of the weeks, no big deal.  Just come back the  week after ready to work and have fun with the sport of lacrosse!
