ADK MountainMen Summer 2024/Fall 2023 Team Tryouts
The ADK MountainMen are excited to announce registration for our Summer 2024 and Fall 2023 team tryouts are now open!
We have experienced a great deal of success this past season and look to continue that success into this upcoming seasonal year.
Players will be trying out in August to earn a spot for our Summer 2024 teams. Players who make our Summer 2024 team will be extended an invite for the Fall 2023 team as well.

Dates: August 2nd (8.2.23) & August 3rd (8.3.23)
Location: PBA fields (5 Bliven Way, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866)
Age Groups
Grad Years - 2029, 2030, 2031, 2032, 2033: 5:00pm- 6:30pm
Grad Years - 2025, 2026, 2027, 2028: 6:30pm- 8:00pm
Tryout Cost: $35 per player

House of Lacrosse Presented by Adirondack MountainMen
House of Lacrosse is a consistent training program to help local lacrosse players reach the best of their ability. The MountainMen method is going to consist of teaching our athletes using step by step instructions and then giving them the keys to their own success by allowing them to rep out these techniques hundreds of times while our coaches give detailed feedback to improve the next rep. Our program has no secrets. We encourage positive attitude and effort from our players for every training session and every individual rep. A rep without effort is a rep lost. All Skill Levels Welcome!
Please note:
The Avalanche and the LumberJack Dodging Combine happen on the same dates and times - you cannot have your player on two sessions on the same day
Pinnacle Goalie Training and Sharpshooting Summit happen on the same dates and times - you cannot have your player on two sessions on the same day
Each session costs $25
10 House of Lacrosse sessions will cost $200
*$50 discount if you bundle 10 clinics on the front end - a $250 value for $200
MountainMen Positional Academy
Athletes get the opportunity to compete. We will do a combination of 1v1's, 2v2’s, 3v3’s, odd man situations, on ball and off ball picks both defensively and offensively along with many other situations within the game of lacrosse. Each session will be broken up by using time for skill work at the beginning and the remainder of the time competing in drills using the skills learned at the beginning of each day.The Positional Academy is a great opportunity for anyone looking to improve Offense, Defense, and Goalie skills with live reps.
The Avalanche
Avalanche defensive training consists of skill work which focuses on top notch footwork, positioning, stick skill & control, as well as communication.
LumberJack Dodging Combine
The LumberJack Dodging combine focuses on the details of winning your matchup with the defenseman between you and the goal. The focus is to expose our athletes to multiple styles of dodging and allowing them to decide what style suits their game.
Pinnacle Goalie Training
All Goalies! We train the details of hand speed, footwork, angles, and communication.
Sharpshooting Summit
Sharpshooting Summit is offensive skill training designed to develop the scoring skills of each of our athletes.
Peak Faceoff Training
We are focused on providing high-level face-off training to all our athletes.
